small group personal training

BEAST University is NLT's athletic performance department. All strength and conditioning programs are written by our Director of Athletic Performance, Zack Byler, CSCS MS and coached by Eric Stephens, Head Coach.


In the small group training model (1 coach to up to 12 clients), adults and athletes will be closely monitored to ensure proper movement and progression. Training expectations include increased coordination and balance, increased strength, increased power and body composition improvement.
