WHY WE DO IT


We see too many youth and adult athletes, along with parents realize the importance of strength & conditioning and proper technique after an injury.

Our main focus is to prevent common injuries using proper training programs, that will  teach the importance of strength and the proper progressions. While, still enhancing athletic performance and accomplishing personal goals.

HOW WE DO IT


Beatty Strength creates custom built programs specifically designed for each individual and teams needs based on their current abilities and training age.

Our training programs focus on proper technique and form before introducing athletes to heavy loads and strength.

Our athletes can request and create their own programs and camps, and/or join an existing Beatty Strength program.
